The Heart Remembers What the World Cannot Explain
Section 7: The Sacred Middle Space
This story does not fit neatly into categories.
It is not just trauma, not just fantasy, not just harm, not just tenderness.
It lives in the sacred middle space where reality and longing intertwine.
Where two people who should never have met created something that changed them both.
Where the inner child of one soothed the inner child of the other.
Where sweetness existed inside a structure built for exploitation,
and that sweetness was real despite everything.
I do not regret loving in this way.
I do not regret seeing him.
I do not regret letting my heart expand, even in an impossible world.
Some stories are not meant to be lived forever.
They are meant to be understood.
To be honored.
To be integrated.
And that is what I am doing.
For myself.
And for him.
